Our Return Policy in short
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your have received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- We do not make exchanges.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments.
- Contact Polar Skate Co before returning any items.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- If you have purchased your item/items at any of our resellers, please contact them for returns.
We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.polarskateco.com. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn with all original tags attached and returned within 14 days after you’ve received your package. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments.
We do not accept exchanges from one size to another. If you are not happy with one size, you may return the item.
What you can do is return the item, and buy it in another size.
Returning A Package
Contact email@example.com with your reason for return, before shipping your item.
Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Polar Skate Co is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: any shipping fees associated with purchases and returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Please ship us the return with tracking information for your own protection. Polar Skate Co. is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost returns.
Upon receipt of goods, please allow for 10-15 business days before your refund is issued.
If you have purchased your item/items at any of our resellers, please contact them for returns.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Polar Skate Co reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
